This project in more detail
With funding exhausted we need the help of local people. Through three secondary schools - Forest Hill, Sydenham Girls, and Sedgehill - we’ll be able to get an idea of local needs for services and clubs. We’re asking pupils to tell us: how they spend their free time (what clubs or activities they go to); things they are interested in, and activities they would like. SFHYF will match activities already happening to kids who want them. Where their wished activity doesn’t happen, we will try to help raise funds to start the club going. We have the kind and free assistance of accredited and CRB-checked staff Ian Hiley and his team at XLP, plus some costs part paid for by the SFHYF to collate the questionnaire information and run the days. Follow the document link for the breakdown of costs.
